Knights Cave – Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using any mobile or desktop applications developed by Knights Cave, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Apps.

1. Use of Services

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the Apps.
  • Use cheats, automation software (bots), or any third-party software designed to modify the gameplay experience.
  • Exploit any bugs or glitches for a competitive advantage in multiplayer modes.

2. User Accounts & Multiplayer

For Apps featuring online multiplayer (e.g., 29 Card Game):

  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login (Google, Facebook, Apple, or Device ID).
  • Conduct: You agree not to engage in offensive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior toward other players in multiplayer environments.
  • Data Deletion: You may terminate your account at any time via the in-app settings. Upon deletion, all progress and virtual items associated with that account are permanently lost.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

For Apps offering “No Ads” or premium features:

  • Billing: All purchases are processed by the respective platform store (Google Play, Apple App Store, or Microsoft Store).
  • Refunds: All sales are final. Refund requests must be directed to the platform store through which the purchase was made.
  • Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your store account settings.

4. Advertisements

The Apps may display advertisements served by Google AdMob and its mediation partners. Knights Cave is not responsible for the content, products, or services featured in these third-party advertisements.

5. Intellectual Property

All game logic, code, graphics, and branding are the exclusive property of Knights Cave. You may not use our trademarks or copyrighted material without express written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for a bug-free experience, we do not guarantee that the Apps will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knights Cave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Apps, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
